Move a unit of contents from Cheltenham to Springvale South

I just need some of my larger items moved to my new house. Eg, Beds and frames (these will already be dismantled), washing machine/dryer, couch, bookselves, some outdoor furniture etc. I am thinking it will only be for approx 3 hours and the new is only 5 mins drive. There are stairs at both properties, only beds need to be moved via stairs at both properties
