Prefer for better quality things to be donated at the transfer station, or given to a charity. However, no requirement for that. Definitely more than a ute load. Small truck and two people required. All items are in garage and covered downstairs area, which will be made accessible to those doing the job via a key safe box. Steep driveway leads up to garage door. Tenants live at the property so minimal disturbance to them is required. PLEASE DO NOT REMOVE LARGE MATTRESS THAT IS LEANING AGAINST THE WESTERN WALL OF THE GARAGE. Rubbish removal - general rubbish and small/medium items to be taken to the dump - id say the amount of rubbish /items would fill a Ute tray/ The Airtasker will be required to get the items from Under the house and load into the vehicle themselves .

Please use a truck or trailer and take palm fronds to the dump. I have tip vouchers

Green waste removal required. Located at rear of property, will need to be removed via side gate which leads to the driveway for loading, refer photos. Able to sypply a wheel barrow and spade if required. Also providing 10 x 100kg (1 tonne) BCC green waste vouchers which should be more than enough to cover the charges at the resource recovery centre at Chandler which is a 18 minute drive.

More a small amount of furniture within wynnum west. Need some furniture within the house as well tho. So probably 2 - 3 hrs of work
