10m2 bathroom wall rendering suitable for tiling

Help please. Looking for someone who can render this for me please? Been badly let down, guy came out, quoted, yeah, yeah, no problems, booked it in didn’t turn up / contact. Finally responded to my msgs not doing it anymore. $ negotiable

The roof plumber unfortunately didn't finish the job when we built the home so the top of the rendered brick pier has a void. Need someone to cap it off with timber & board or aluminum flashing. don't mind

I require 2 walls rendered with acrylic. Flat wall is L 3700 x H 2600. Wall with door in it is L900 x H2600 at the end and then across the top of the door and the small piece on the RH side. Ill supply the materials except the corner angles.

Patching required in a number of places in the already rendered part of the wall (first 6 pictures) and new render applied to new gyprock (last two pictures). Looking for someone that can complete by the 29th March (home during the day most days to fit around other jobs).

I’m redoing my kitchen with Ikea cabinets. I need to be able to fix the mounting rail to the wall, but a large section of the plaster/render has been chipped away by the plumber when he relocated the pipes. I need someone to patch this section so I have somewhere to mount the rail and shim it as required. The plaster job doesn’t need to look pretty, but it needs to be as flat and uniform as possible. - Due date: Flexible
