Few job available, 1. I need someone install a downpipe spreader(I don't have a spreader，please bring one) 2. My render bead or flashing strip has come out of my wall, and it's caused some cracks. I’m looking for an experienced person to check the issue, figure out what might have caused it, and fix it properly. I have some leftover materials in my garage from the original construction, but I’m not sure if they’re still usable. Please take a look at the attached photos and let me know if you can help. I don’t have the tools, but simple quick job drilling 4 holes in wall and using supplies fitting to mount hose reel to wall.

2 Walls around 2 meters altogether. Wall 1: ~ 85 cms. It needs fixing at the bottom area, maybe 50 cm from the bottom. Wall 2: ~1.15 Mts. It needs fixing at the bottom area, maybe 13 cm, and on the right-hand side. Check the pictures, please. Maybe plastering and/or rendering is required. NO PAINTING.
