It will probably need two hooks, it’s not particularly heavy but it’s rectangular. It will need to be drilled with those special hooks for bricks. I don’t have any tools or hooks.

Hand 4 timber shutters on wall outside . Drill into rendered walls .

I need a piece of render patched that broke off when putting a new garage door on. The area is approx 30cm x 30cm + a small hole filled in the garage where a pipe was removed.

I want to render and paint a small wall in our apartment. Wall is approx 1.5x2.4m. Really small job.

Professional tilers only. Please render and tile small sealed fireplace. (Width 34 cm, height 58cm, depth 12 cm). The gaps have been filled with fila foam. All Tiles and white grout supplied (we have 12x sheets of tiles). Please see image of herringbone pattern. We do have villaboard, however expect that will be easier to render given shape. The floorboards in the front will not be tiled, and will be sanded back and polished at a separate time. The gas valve will still be accessible and visible post tiling. Will need to be tiled around.

Some cracks in the render on the outside walls of our house need to be fixed. There are a few areas.

Repair render inside (with similar textured finish to what is surrounding it). I will arrange painting. Also repair / fill outside wall around one side of meter box - note there is silicon sealant on the the edge so not sure if render will stick or whether silicon render required? I will paint this as well.

Please make your offer on the price. We are completing a Bathroom renovation and we require a renderer and tilier. These may be different people but if in one this is preferred.

Fix cut outs into brick work done during electrical work.

The gate is no longer fitting after render patching (it fit before) so I'm seeing if we can shave off and patch several mm in sections to be able to fit the door. Also need to install the door with bolts.

Have two holes/gaps in a bathroom of an old art deco apartment that need rendering. One is where a shaving mirror used to be about 60cm x 60cm. Not very deep. Another is where a sink built into the wall used to be about 20cm deep and 50cm long. Access is difficult due to the install of a new vanity. Ideally need completed by Friday.

10 minute job in total - must be done today before the next rain tomorrow - Requires a ladder to reach 2.4m in height. Small sikaflex application (about 30 cm) between glass balustrade and rendered wall. Items required - ladder and sikaflex grey or clear colour (not silicon).

We have a double brick rendered low wall on our balcony that has cracked through the render below the damp course. We need to remove the glass, cut in an expansion joint on the inside and outside of the wall where it’s cracked, use a flexible mastic like sikaflex, then paint and put glass back on. Photos of cracking, and wall before render to see. Balcony is 4x1.8m roughly for reference
