There are cracks and damage to the deck render in the garage window where water entry is experienced (water is ingressing into the garage). The render needs to be repaired deck floorboards will need to be removed to facilitate further waterproofing. More details can be provided (e.g. further works, photos etc.) This is for a 3 level townhouse, the deck is on the second level, and the garage is on the first level (or ground floor).

Need a small rendered garden bed and mount a metal art in the middle. Attached the photos to give an idea of what I’m looking. measurements are 1200mm square and 450mm height. I have the metal art and need rest of the stuffs from Airtasker.

Our shop has signage on the exterior that needs to be removed but we think that where the signs come off it will leave a mark or will not remove well. We will need to either render the wall and/or paint once the sign has been removed.
