Hi! We were repairing a paint bubble on the wall and it turned out to be a concrete cancer. The area is approx 1m2. I’ve chipped out the drummy loose concrete back to a sound surface. Added epoxy and dowel pins and filled the majority of the hole with HB70. I need someone to come in and render the wall to make it look smooth again.

Small understairs area ~5m2. Brick walls at both sides-half is pooorly painted, half is exposed. Floor has been tiled. Top (underneath the stairs) are brick and concrete. Work to be done on top/ceiling area, side walls and wall joints finishing all the way to the end (where the vacuum machine sits) Open to either options: -render and paint -gyprock, plaster and paint ONLY Top coat of paint will be provided (Dulux wash and wear).

I have a unique situation where we’ve had a plague of looper caterpillars. Thousands all over our cream external walls. The gekko’s have been eating them but sadly they explode when caught, literally blowing their guts out the end. My wall has many red “splats” most of which I can’t reach. Looking for someone experienced to do this without damaging the render and paint. The house was cleaned two months ago so I literally only need these spots done. I need the entire front side of my house include the weather boards under the windows to be rendered with Acrylic texture material. Color of the mixture should be white and I will confirm the exact code for the colour (Whisper , Vivid or etc.) All materials, tools and labours shall be supplied by contractor.

Looking for someone to professionally remove the render from the bottom half our house. The majority is the bottom half as the top is weather board although there is some above head height but very little. I would like the brick to be exposed so we can paint. We have started but are time poor so need someone to commit. I would suggest you will need an electric tool to help and would make easier. I would like the render to be cleaned up as well. We can help dispose but don’t want a mess left. Looking to get this done asap.
