Hey Airtaskers, I have an apartment in Moonee Ponds which needs some wall repairs done. * Remove panelling from around sliding door in living room and render to be flush with walls * Clean up and do a straight edge on wardrobe cavity in bedroom * Remove excess material above wardrobe so that ceiling is level * Refinish areas of ceiling in living room where render is rough * Remove ceiling rose from around fan in bedroom and remount fan to be flush with ceiling * Refinish areas of ceiling in bedroom where render is rough Walls are all brick with cement render, ceiling is concrete slab with cement render. Hey Airtaskers, I have an apartment in Moonee Ponds which needs some wall repairs done. There are a ten areas which need to be rendered (walls are brick with cement render), two areas plastered, and 2 channels which will need to be rendered not shown as these are being done by the electrician on Wednesday the 5th of Feb. There is also an area on the ceiling which have previously been worked on but has a rough finish which I'm hoping to have refinished to be less obvious. Budget is flexible, needs to be done by Monday 10th of Feb so I can get painters through. Thank you in advance!

Hello, We have recently had a second level balcony completely rebuilt and during this process there has been a crack appear within the wall render (see picture - crack currently sealed), and a section of render has come off around the hand rail where it attaches to the wall. I'm looking for a qualified render to fix both areas, ensure new section of render is completely sealed along the tiles and handrail. Matching the existing wall render (texture and colour). The area is 100cm wide by 35cm high - Due date: Flexible

Two holes outside our home where once 2 old air conditioners were need to be filled, rendered and painted. This is only for the outside wall. Size of holes are 600 X 350 Paint to match outer wall of house will be provided. The holes can be filled with timber frame and board, or can be bricked up depending on who is doing the job. Bricks can provided if using these. The Airtasker will need to provide the framing and the board as well as the render. - Due date: Flexible
