Can someone come and fill the holes without bricks and then render it white?

Approx. 2.5lm of brick wall to be rendered. Ceiling height 2600.

Had some new windows installed just over 12 months ago in my apartment. The lounge room originally had a door and window, which was removed, (including a section of the wall) to replace them with one big sliding window door. Unfortunately that meant part of the wall was left showing exposed brick and some skirting boards damaged. I need these re-plastered / re-rendered, so I can re-paint. The section of wall that is exposed is right on a corner of the wall and has been temporarily tilled with expanding foam to stop cold air getting into the apartment. - Due date: Before Sunday, 11 February 2024

Someone to render / plaster a wall cavity to eventually transform the space into a bookcase / art nook. The space needs to look finished, so plastering is required on the inside of the cavity and the frame. The existing space has plaster on the inside, wooden panels on one side and brick on the other. - Due date: Before Wednesday, 25 January 2023

Wall opened for some electrical work. Now the electrical work is done. Need the wall rendered and painted white to match the rest

Patch/plaster 4 x old powerpoints that have been removed, 2 x old intercom points (one inside, one outside) and 2 x old alarm points (all shown in images)

Job is in Prahran. Initially, just 2x short brick walls however, if you are a painter as well as a renderer, then my client may wish to hire you for additional jobs, incl. full house painting (external single level). If you have a pressure hose/gun (professional), happy to pay extra and have the same person do the lot. Job should take about 1 hour (max) but as I say, there is likely more work later. This is for rendering not bagging - please only those with experience apply. Ideally we are looking to add pigment to the render to avoid painting, however, are open to ideas/suggestions. Please quote for 1hr work, incl. you own tools / ladder etc. as the walls are high, between 2.7-3m. I will arrange for render/paint costs in addition to your time. And, if you have access to a pressure hose, add an additional hour & explain you are including the pressure hosing of the wall, and other areas (courtyard etc.) Only quote if you are available at the end of this week or early next week (subject to weather)
