We are wanting to do a built in outdoor lounge at the side of our house with 2 plater boxes on each side. You will be building on a concrete slab. The lounge part consist of the seat and the back-rest - 3000mm wide and 800m deep. (1x200mm block at back and 3 for seat). Height wise, the seat will be about 500-600mm (open to suggestions) and for the back, a total height from concrete to top to be about 1100m (open to suggestions) The planter boxes on each side from end of brick to brick will be 600mm wide, 900mm deep & 800mm height just using small bricks to create a box shape which we can fill (image attached of planter boxes) We also want this rendered so will need someone who can do both if possible, if not let's still chat and see costings. Fix 5 x walls and render after removal of split system

I have a handfull of render patches to the outside of my house that need to be redone.

Repair render where signage has been removed. Includes removing glue which is stuck in places and ensuring its a stippled finish so can be pained over. This is a polymer render.

I need an external rendered brick wall built, about 4mtrs x 1.5mtrs tall out the front of my property with an indent that allows for some plants and a letter box. Similar to the photo.

I need approx 31 sqr metres of block wall (front fence) rendered (not painted).

Cement render retaining wall. It is being built, so current photos only show wall, but there will be pillars to render as well. See attached inspo photo. Total lineal metre length 47m, approx square meters 50m2. Prefer render with mesh or double coat for strength.

External wall has recently been patched and rendered over. It now needs to be painted. 1 x column 1 x section of wall (600x2400m) roughly Paint will be supplied

We need the house undercoated and topcoated - walls only, not eaves or fascia. Colour being changed to light grey or similar. All holes will be patched and undercoated and house will be cleaned so basically it’s a rolling and cutting in job. Labour only. Paint (Dulux) will be supplied. Don’t apply if you’re a rough painter.
