Existing floor plan I have made changes I will need these changes drawn on a brand new floor plan.

Supply and install 17C Beam to Kitchen to support ceiling so walls can be removed. (Red x is walls removed, Blue line in where 17c beam spans). Supply/install plasterboard patching where requires set and sanded for paint. Reconfigure walls and doorway to back room. Frame sheet and set and sand ready for paint. Allowance for 1 door and hardware. The property is currently tenanted until the 24/11/21 it can be inspected then so works can commence on the 30/11/21 possibly sooner. All product and tools must be supplied, and must be a high end finish. Have had 1 quote so far looking to get a few more. Must be QBCC licenced and have relevant liabilty/indemnity insurances. I understand price will fluctuate.
