Find an experienced retaining wall contractor in Brisbane

A bunch of rotten sleepers need replacing before Xmas. Have started to remove but don’t have the equipment. Single 200mm sleeper x 3000mm approx and potential replace posts.

We have a recently built concrete block retaining wall and the builder failed to put a conduit for NBN before the footings were prepared. I need someone, preferably a skilled labourer or electrician who enjoys hard work, to dig a tiny trench under the retaining wall, and both sides of it for about 3-4m and install P20 communications conduit, without too much mess, and no damage to the footings and then backfill around it. Added complexity is that the ground is shale.
