I would like to install an AGI pipe behind the retaining wall. I need a certificate for this. I live in Lara.

Level and dispose of dirt to driveway/footpath level. Build retaining wall under fence to keep from falling. Area size Width: 4.1 meters Length 9 meters

Some excavation will be needed to remove some dirt. About 10-12m of timber retaining wall needed.

We have an existing retaining wall that has collapsed in a section at our house in Belmont, Geelong. We are looking to have the wall replaced. It is approx 1.4 m high and equivalent to 16m in length. Our preference is for timber as the material. We are also hoping to have an entirely new wall put in at a different part of our garden (photos 4 & 5). I am looking for quotes to: - remove existing retaining wall - gradient slope into the existing carpark which will be concreted and then covered with artificial turf - Build new retaining walls on either side of the slope to retain remaining carpark - Likely install water catchment gutter at top of slope to redirect water from carpark (property is all on a slope downhill) - Decking steps along the right side of the slope I have included a rough sketch of what I'm hoping to achieve. This will be for children to be able to access the outdoor area playground (will be installed later). There are no easements under the carpark so it will just be dirt under the concrete. I can jackhammer up the concrete if needed as I have access to a jackhammer. I can get a draftsman to properly draw up the plans, but if this is something you can help with, that would be great. If you can also support with the build permit, that would also be great. Happy to chat through requirements if you need more detail. Ideally, looking to get this work done in May/early June. Installed retaining about 25m long and 1m in height. Looking for someone with clean fill to use it and to do the filling behind the wall. The gaps between the wall and land is very small and so it wont use much fill. So just to fill it up to the 1m wall height, some areas are lower than 1 meter. A landscaper has installed a fence, with 2 x 150 x 25mm Plinth boards. However there is still a section of exposed earth beneath the bottom plinth which needs 1 more 150x25mm plinth to be installed. Your job is to pick up from the local Bunnings 1 x 150 x 25mm 3.6M Plinth H3 Treated Pine Sawn and travel to site to install below the existing plinth. This new plinth will then need to be painted in Monument to match the existing fence. You will need to bring: - Shovel to remove a small amount of dirt to install the new plinth - Screws - Screw driver / drill - Paint brush - Monument 500ml tin of paint - Hand saw or electric saw to cut the new plinth to size to fit the section. - Due date: Flexible
