Need retaining wall repaired. Need materials and labour to fix it. Metal post with wooden sleepers is fine

my fence is starting to fall as my neighbours retaining wall is collapsing and I need to get it fixed ASAP. Wall is about 20 meters long and highest point it 80cms. I would like to keep existing fence.

Our existing timber retaining wall is falling apart. We need to re-do this in an economical but sustainable way. The length is about 15-20 meters and height is around 1 meter for one and 2 meters for another.

Unfortunately the wooden post holding my retaining wall split. I want it fixed but the cheapest version or way to do it. As I want it fixed for sale but not interested in paying for an entire new wall for that garden . Just want it fixed so it is not an entire eye sore.
