Failing timber retaining wall plus attached fence to be removed and disposed of. Concreted Steel posts (with fence brackets)and concrete sleeper wall to be built. Wall is 14.6 metres long and ranges from 1m high to 200mm high -see photos. Standard drainage and gravel backfill and site left tidy.

Repair a concrete besser block retaining wall that was damaged by a vehicle and put down a cement edging approx 100 x100. The wire fence will need to be pulled down in order to seal the exposed steel and put the concrete in the correct place. The concrete requires reinforcing and will need to be boxed. You may need to attend the property at Richlands to work out a quote therefore I will put $2000 on the ad but know this will not be correct. Must have experience in this type of work.

Install two vertical treated pine braces at the back of each panel of fence with 100x75mm sleepers bolted in for strength. c. Re bolt fence posts to the retaining wall

We have the paint but you’d need to provide your own paint brush/roller or spray gun. If a spray gun is used protective sheets/tape will need to be used to not get overspray around. We are flexible on timing and dates. We will clean the walls before you paint them.
