Electric roller shutter on our window has stopped closing fully. Looking for someone to fix this so that it works as intended and can close fully.

We have two outdoor roller shutters on the second floor, both controlled by a single wall switch. One shutter works fine, but the other doesn't, although the motor still makes noise when the switch is pressed. A technician previously raised a concern about both shutters being controlled by a single switch, which could have caused the motor failure, though other factors like water ingress, faulty components, improper installation, or an incorrect motor may also be to blame. We need someone to inspect and fix the issue. Please note this is on the second floor, and a standard ladder may not be tall enough.

Hi Dean This is a really strange one I know but bear with me. We have a spa and I want to automate the lifting of the hard shell cover because my with is in a wheelchair and can't open it herself, I have an idea to use an electric motor with some lines and pullies to lift one edge up to an adjacent wall. Its not urgent but id love to work with someone with some experience to see if a blind motor could work cheers Richard
