This is a house window shutter. It was being tricky to get up and down and then when trying to roll down it just dropped and we cant get it back up. We took apart the winder and it seems like something is missing from the indoor rolling mechanism. Currently we have it up a little with some wood to keep it there for air flow. Need fixed ASAP as have baby on the way who will sleep in that room.

To my understanding the mechanism needs to be fixed. Wasn’t rolling up and suddenly rolled all the way down. Cant roll it back up. Cant provide more photos if needed. Took the mechanisms apart and a part seems loose and out of place.
