I accidentally leaned a pole against the window when the shutter was up. My wife didn’t notice and activated the switch to bring it down but it was stopped three quarters of the way down by the pole. I removed the pole and it came down fully. But now it won’t go back up. The motor runs but the blinds don’t move. It is on the second floor.

Two metal shutters are permanently closed upstairs/not working. We are keen to get them opened/fixed (if fix is easy, otherwise just permanently opened). The bottom of the shutters is apx 3m above the driveway, so a mobile scaffold may be required. Shutters around around 90cm wide, 180cm apart from each other. We are flexible around dates, but ideally some weekend.

There are two windows on my apartment which have roller shutters on them. The motors are blown. Old shutters with old controls. Want them either removed or rolled up permanently to let light into the apartment. The windows are one floor up, approx 3 metres to the bottom of the windows. Requires a tall enough ladder, tools to open up the casing and then to manually roll up the shutters. Alternatively if you are an electrician, the shutters can be disconnected and removed entirely. I can assist with lowering the disconnected shutters if you are available on a weekend or after office hours. Close to just doing it myself as roller shutter installers seem to not understand my simple request or are simply unwilling to do an uninstall. - Due date: Flexible

Large roller shutter broke and fell down onto the ground. The roller shutter is still connected by it's power cable. We require someone to safely disconnect the power cable, so there is no electrical hazard. And we require the roller shutter to be removed and disposed of. Window roller shutters need maintenance, check and repair

looking for someone to fix the roller shutter of my window. it is not working.

Existing electric roller shutter not working properly - Due date: Flexible

Roller shutter is stuck. Can hear motor running but it won't retract. Need it assessed and diagnosed. If needs new parts, happy to pay extra

Roller shutter blind is not fully retracting, it remains 1/3 closed over front door.

My electric roller shutter stops on the track half way while closing/opening. The motor runs, but the shutter doesn't move. Seems like the shutter is not catching properly on the motor belt.
