I need 7 electric roller window shutters checked and serviced - technician needs to check for obvious issues, adjust,clean - basically get them running efficiently for new tenant. Note - the motors are in eves but they can be accessed by lifting roof tiles directly above. Only one has issue with it either only staying in up or down position. The rest probably just need standard adjustment, motor checked/oiled (?), cleaning etc. Will add photos shortly.for information.

All I really need is for the roller shutter to be rolled up permanently. Doesn’t even really need to be fixed. It seems to be jammed and not able to be rolled up.
