I have electric secure roller shutters throughout my house, however one of the shutters has stopped responding to the remote control to go up or down I need this fixed ASAP.

Awning window was open, accidently shut the electronic roller shutter. The roller shutter bumped to the window, and shut down till the bottom. It seems that shutter is out of track. The shutter is not lifting, however the motor is rotating withing the case.

Our roller shutter requires repair. The window opens at an angle and I closed the shutter without realizing the window was open. Now, window is closed but the roller shutter won’t operate with the remote control anymore. The seller mentioned that the spring might be damaged but confirmed that repair is possible.
