Electric roller shutter not working after painting - upstairs ( double storey house). There are 4 shutters that need repair. Painter did fix the fifth one by scrapping the paints between the slats, however couldn’t do the rest due to lack of time.

Garage Roller shutter is making screeching sound while opening & closing. Already tried with silicon spray, it got reduced but again the sound has increased. Looking for roller shutter service person.

I need 7 electric roller window shutters checked and serviced - technician needs to check for obvious issues, adjust,clean - basically get them running efficiently for new tenant. Note - the motors are in eves but they can be accessed by lifting roof tiles directly above. Only one has issue with it either only staying in up or down position. The rest probably just need standard adjustment, motor checked/oiled (?), cleaning etc. Will add photos shortly.for information.
