Roman blind needs attention, going up and down on an angle

Description: I have a Roman blind that isn't functioning properly. It won’t close all the way, and I suspect the cords may be tangled or misaligned at the top. The blind is currently stuck in a semi-open position, and I’m hoping to get it fixed so that it can smoothly open and close again. Details: Blind Type: Roman blind Issue: The blind is stuck and won’t close fully, possibly due to tangled cords or a mechanism issue at the top. Location: Ivanhoe, VIC Accessibility: The blind is mounted above a standard window. It’s reachable with a step stool or ladder. Preferred Timing: I'm available 20th of November, but I’m flexible if you need to schedule outside these times. Roman Blind needs repair. 2.7M with at least 2 of the plastic bits at the top have broken and these need replacing. Won't pull up. Cords to the blinds seem fine. System works on long metal rod that these plastic bits sit on that turns around once metal chain cord pulled.
