Leaking colour bond roof on a town house which is due to be replaced in 5 months but I need a quick fix. There is a DIY product called liquid rubber which looks good but open to ideas. Roof is approx 6 x 8m. If it works we will do the same to the other 4 more roofs.
Jayden is awesome. I wasn’t able to give him a decent scope and he worked it all out and went over and above. Not sure how but he even managed to find materials that were delivered to the wrong address! Use Jayden if need a problem solver.

We've got a ringtail possum living in the roof cavity. It walks on the power line to reach the roof and gets in the roof cavity. I saw one tile moved (photo) but there may be other gaps it can use to get in. The task is removing the possum and repairing/sealing the roof tiles to stop possum

*Free Qoute with some explaination needed* then I can give you the task! I’m experiencing water leakage in my kitchen during storms. Roof is tiled with clay tiles, and I’ve noticed water stains on the walls and near the skirting boards. The leakage seems to be coming through the roof. The house is located in Kilsyth, and I suspect there may be broken or misaligned tiles. I’d like an inspection, free qoute, and repair if we agreed.
