I am looking for the builder to repair the damaged roof which include the tiles, wooden structure and the concrete plaster and paint the ceiling The roof tiles are broken during the storm and rain a months ago and the water came through in the garage. Concrete, plaster, wooden structure and the painting the ceiling needs to be done, need a builder with good experience.

Need 6 clear sheets replaced, 2 colourblind sheets as well as one box gutter replaced as it’s leaking. Definitely 4 possibly 5 downpipes fitted. 4 of which are existing downpipes and possibly adding one more

Adjust weather folds on soaker tray above dining room and replace damaged roof tiles, up to five.

Need someone to nail back down some loose roof tiles, and inspect rest of tiles on a small house for any others requiring repair. Need someone who has experience with older tin roof tiles and general roof repairs on older houses.

Need help someone with a 6 mtr ladder to screw down some flashing that has come lose just needs a couple of roof screws put in . i just dont have a ladder that high and no longer have the balance would not take longer than 10 min... home most days

Roof repair (relisted). Small section of Trimdek Polycarbonate, approx 1750mm by 3780mm opening/ 6 only X 2.1meter length, standard [5 rib] tinted sheets, to be replaced on 42 degree pitched roof. Leaking for a while now & last person to quote/ climb on roof has made it worse. Negotiable with materials supply (we can purchase & pick up on our Pianotech business account if need be). Some scaffolding, roof brackets, ladder brackets, ladders & one harness here (no anchor .. some kind dude won't return it). Further work available upon successful completion (box & quad gutters). Suit qualified or apprentice roofer or experienced, licensed handyman. We have household worker insurance (Workcover Qld). Honest, owner builder now retired & body parts complaining at the steep roof work. We will dispose of old sheeting. Still capable of assisting to a certain point. Have a roof leak and need qualified roof plumber to repair. Looks like old flashing has deteriorated and will need to be pulled out and replaced. Approximately 6-8 meters worth of flashing.
