Find a roof repair professional in Annandale NSW

I ha e a tiles roof a s it runs into a flat roof. Need someone to come and reset tiles, replace or fix flashing, stop leakss and gaurentee your work . Must be an experience person with references

Leak Inspection 1. No backtray on existing skylight
 2. Debris build up on the roof causing water ingress inheavy rain. 3. The existing cappings along the wall are not sealed correctly. Scope of Works - Leak Rectification -Supply & install 9 (lm) of new custom Zincalume back tray to be fixed and sealed in to position around existing skylight. - Inspect the cappings located along the wall (upper level roof). Re-seal & fix capping to prevent water ingress. -Remove all work related rubbish from site.
 NOTE: We are aiming to have heavy debris cleaned off roof beforehand, but happy to negotiate quote to include cleaning fee as well. - Due date: Before Sunday, 27th Feb 2022

Roof is leaking via oven range hood vent - there has been some sealant poorly applied from prior owner and rain seeps through. Needs new flashing and possibly new vent. I’ve put silver tape in the meantime.

REQUEST FOR QUOTE - I have a small terrace and have a leaking roof during heavy rains on downstairs level. I’ve done a bit of testing over ~3 months to understand potential root causes (aircon unit, blocked gutters, skylight etc) and I still can’t figure it out. It’s a flat colorbond roof (15yrs old) in solid condition. The leak downstairs is directly under a stair void (so no concrete slab etc above). I think the water is travelling from somewhere on the top level / roof and eventually dripping down. Any help / quote would be great. I have easy access to the roof from ladder on upstairs bedroom balcony. Message for any other info required. Cheers Peter
