The house is a 4 bedroom house with a garage. I would need a qualified roof person to inspect and replace any cracked roof tiles and re point ridge capping. In addition, roof plumbering required to amend barge flashing over the garage. The barge flashing has left openings for wind driven rain to enter the ceiling cavity.
