Repair one side roof edge and broken eaves, add back few pieces of terracotta roof tiles. Repaint the eaves. See photo for details. All prices quoted must includes labour and all materials cost-including the terracotta roof tiles.

The house is a 4 bedroom house with a garage.   I would need a qualified roof person to inspect and replace any cracked roof tiles and re point ridge capping.   In addition, roof plumbering required to amend barge flashing over the garage. When it rains, i can hear the sound of raindrops hitting the eaves from one of the upstairs bedrooms. I'm not sure if it's due to a blocked drainpipe or a leak in the roof.

There is cracked mortar across the valleys and rusted valleys with holes across them. To repair: (A) Roof flashing's and capping's to be tightly notched and fastened to withstand wind pressures and thermal movements. (C) Intersections, laps and mitres are to be fastened and sealed. As per attached photos single story house , flashing around the chimney needs repair/ replaced. Also seal chimney from both top externally and from inside the fireplace
