Gutter and eve repairs on a 2 story building

Looking for a qualified and licenced roofer to fix the flashing to prevent links. Must have insurance. 1. Fill the gap with matching roof tiles. 2. Apply new flashing from upper level down pipe, under small window and down the wall to the lower gutter. 3. Cut back the gutter and make good the end and edge of roof. 4. Change the water direction of a section of guttering and add new downpipe and link to drainpipe.

There was a leakage in the roof, which was fixed but the rain ruined the actual roof of one room, that I need fixing

I have water marks on the ceiling of a bedroom. They are probably because of two displayed tiles on the roof which I noticed about 3-4 weeks ago. Don’t know why they are displaced.

Need someone to fix my roof leakage. I live in a duplex and the ceiling of my balcony seems to indicate that there is moisture leaking from the roof (see photos attached). Roof leaks through the Skylite area when rains

My sunroof cloth has come out and the cloth and roller needs potential replacing

The sunroof always worked well but the other day it started to rain so I pressed the button to make it slide and close. It went well as always but stopped about 40mm short of closing. It started to rain heavy so I pulled over, used one hand to hold the close button and the other hand to push it closed. It closed but now it won't open again or even tilt open when I press the buttons. I can hear the sunroof motor when I press the buttons but nothing moves. MY12 Subaru Impreza

Metal roof to kitchen has a hole and is rusted to a section of the roof panel/sheet and requires repair as water is entering the ceiling. A small gap/opening to the kitchen wall located below the gutter also needs to be sealed.

There is some minor leaking from the roof that needs fixing, and the gutter needs to be sealed and waterproofed.

We have a flat room, the seals are a few years old and we have water coming in through one of the light fixtures. This happened once a few years ago and a tradesman came and sealed the roof and that fixed the problem
