Job in Lilyfield 2040. Small section of tiled roof needs ceramic tiles lifting and realigning approx 68 tiles, 9 square metres, with flashing installed beneath and new adhesive flashing on two sides. Source of the leak has been identified. Roof is very easy to access - no ladders required.

Mercedez Benz 2011 clc200 panoramic sunroof won’t close, motor is clicking, sounds like the gear in motor stripped. Would like to quote to have it fixed.

We have a leak around the chimney of the roof. It sounds like we need to get at a minimum, the flashings re-done around the chimney; - supply and fit side aprons and soaker tray - patch gaps and holes in chimney mortar - seal and membrane the chimney and other work - potentially supply and install a flexible pointing compound to all ridge caps throughout the roof see photos attached

This part of my roof as shown in picture is leaking and the ceiling is wet. Can someone repair this for me?

We replaced the corrugated iron roof but the roofer didn't seal the join with another flat roof beside it. Water is getting in. It may require replacement of the flashing or rescrewing with sealing material. Light can actually be seen. - Due date: Flexible

At the bottom corner of my house the mortar on the angular tiles has broken away and these tiles are starting to slide down over each other opening up the roof to rain. There is also a small risk they may fall off the roof. (It's more the rain issue that is the concern). Looking for a fix. Not looking to get the whole roof re-tiled as the house may be demolished and rebuilt in a few years. The 1st photo shows the problem (sorry for the close up - I was up a ladder and couldn't go back any further). The 2nd photo shows my temporary fix with green tarp. Not sure cost of this.
