I've got some watermarks on my ceiling in a few spots that I suspect would be from a leak in the roof. I just want to get this inspected and repaired.

I need to repair my car pot shed roof and two small backyard sheds roof. The car pot roof is roughly 8 x 4 m, the height is about 2.5 meters. The car pot roof is leaking a little bit and rusted heavily. The backyard shed roof is roughly 2 x 3 m, the height is about 2 meters. The backyard shed roof is not leaking at all – I just want to take some maintenance measures to prevent it from getting worse. The backyard corner shed is about 1.5m x 2m, the height is about 2 meters. It doesn’t rust or leaking at tall, but I want to give it a layer of coating if possible so I don’t need to worry about it for some time. They both have easy access and structure is very solid. This is a single-story house. Some roof tiles are broken and cement has broken off in some roof caps. I need the following things done. - Reattach and cement roof caps (replace any damaged ones) - Replace broken tiles on the roof - Clean gutters and downpipes - Prune tree branches close to the roof Please quote for labour and materials.
