Hi team, we have leaking from the roof according to a plumber/roofer. here's their report. there are 3 spots on the house that need repairs: 1) -Leak to be on northern facing wall and leak was the distance of the building -Got onto roof and found non-compliant barge had been installed Appears flashing was on covering one rib not two and with the driving rain the water would have been getting up and under causing the leak -Also found screws to be rusted and in need of replacement across both units. Quote to follow for new flashing and whole roof re-screw ============================================================= 2) Upon inspection your roof has 2 whirlybirds that are holding water and letting water in on heavy rain and also found various loose screws. Also a few rusty screws. Roof Repair. Supply and install 100 type 17 Bra or 2500 cyclone screws (cyclone cap screw) to replace various loose and rusty screws. -Supply of labour and materials to install two dry pan flashings one to each whirly bird. -Supply and install new Dektite to roof vent. -Supply and install 2 new whirly bird bases. ==================================================== 3) Unit 1: bedroom 2: - Replace with new screws -Seal penetration through fascia board for gal pipe service -Seal rotted section on fascia board -Clean work area

The clear sheet from my patio roof flew off during the storm because it wasn’t installed properly. I need a handyman who can get on the roof and bolt it in properly please.

1) Remove and dispose broken roof tiles. Supply and install new tiles. Place new tiles in a discreet section of roof, away from the front of the property if necessary. 2) Dismantle tiles surrounding valley flashings. Clear blocked rain channels. Supply and install new storm seal to the outside edges of the valley flashing. Refit tiles. Supply and install 12Lm of new aluminium dome valley mesh. Install temporary anchor points and harness equipment to comply with WH&S regulations.

Screen door missing and needs a new one. Needing a new lock on ly glass sliding door and the roof lining needs fixing

Roof is leaking around fireplace exhaust. Need someone to take a look from outside as well as through man-hole to before patching. Need a thorough professional job by testing where water is entering and also testing after patching.

Single story house.The leakage is very limited, a drop every 5 to 10 minutes when raining. Sarking seems to have some tiny hole where the water seeps through. I have placed a bucket under that area (refer picture). It's an area where front and rest of the roof connects (refer other picture). Refer to the third photo where the flashing drop water.

To extend eaves from main house to patio roof to prevent rear paved area being rain affected. Looking for a sound job that will blend in with existing materials, colours and plumbing.

ceiling is getting decolourised due to roof leak. Need to fix the leak and clean up the ceiling

Water is currently pooling at the end of the roof hip, flashing likely needing to be extended so water doesn’t pool. See yellow circle in photo attached for where pooling occurs. House in Ashgrove.

Tile roof repairs and re paint

Leaking colour bond roof on a town house which is due to be replaced in 5 months but I need a quick fix. There is a DIY product called liquid rubber which looks good but open to ideas. Roof is approx 6 x 8m. If it works we will do the same to the other 4 more roofs.

I need to replace 2 roof flashings on stink pipes by a registered repairer. Corroded over time. Happy to receive quote external to AT. Colourbond roof.

There is a leakage coming through the side of my roof air vent, as in the picture below, possible wear and tear as this leak only occur during windy, stormy days not during normal rainy days. House is a double storey Need photos before and after repairs. Available any day except for Tuesday.
