We have identified a leak in the roof 2 years ago where there was a tile which was misplaced due to which rain water was flowing in. Which was fixed. But recently I did observe that there is some gap between the same tile which is causing rain water leak. Need help in inspecting and fixing the same to avoid any future leaks. tiled roof has water leak when it is raining from certain direction causing water holes in gyproc ceiling below. Need inspection and quote to fix this section of roof. independent inspector found this The flashing was reliant on a weatherproof seal formed by flexible sealant and had not been recessed into the wall. There were visible gaps between the flashing and brickwork and failure to extend the flashing across the cavity as required has permitted water ingress internally.
