Hi, I have a tiled roof with an insulated panel roof attached to the fascia board. A leak had developed on the corner eave. It seems the flashing is not adequate and water is seeping behind the barge board under the corner tile. I have made a temporary flashing with a few aluminium sheets, but its just a band aid fix. I am thinking of a flashing sheet uner the tiles in that corner which would direct any water over the eave onto the ground or over the pergola roof. Best to have a look on site and go from there.
