I need to replace 12x cracked tiles on my roof due to recent hail storm. The below is an extract rom the inspection report of the roof which says the total health of the roof is good. I also need to install 3 whirlybirds as well. Tiles will be supplied as I purchased from the supplier. Whirlybird will also be supplied. From Bunning - CSR 300mm Bradford WindMaster Natural Roof Vent - Night Sky Met with the insured Anand on the 24th of November to discuss their claim. Insured advised that he has noticed some cracked tiles on his roof since the hail event on the 30th of October 2020, so they opened a claim. Roof Inspection revealed a hip and valley style concrete tile main roof at a pitch of 21 degrees;. The overall condition of the roof was in good health. All tiles were lapped and interfaced properly. The pointing was structurally sound with no cracking. We found 12x tiles with cracks attributed to hail damage. Of the Roof ancillary items, the vent pipe was in good condition.
