Remove and restore part of an aluminium roof and replace ceiling insulation (where prior roof leakage has occurred) • To rear of house • Approximate area of 2.2m x 4.6m 3. Urgent need of someone to clean all roofs - 3 units/houses to avoid the gutters from clogging. All 3-storey houses. Please see photos attached. Might need to bring your own ladder for access.

Box gutters need a clean out. Part of the house is two stories but access is easy via a window plus a ladder. It usually takes me about an hour but I’m getting a bit old to climb ladders!

1. Repair approx. 5 joints in a 7.5 metre long box gutter; joints are where the sheet metal sections meet, old silicon has deteriorated and needs to be replaced. Box gutter dimensions are approx. 300mm wide and 150mm deep. 2. Apply water proofing to the length of the box gutter. Dimensions as mentioned above. Hello, looking to engage somebody who can clean 2/3s of the gutters of a 109sqm (2bed) 1 level house in Abbotsford. Recently a large portion has been completed but job isn’t finished. Also need the top section of the gutter and strip below painted - see highlighted photo. I have paint.

Find and repair the roof leak. There is a very small and slow leak coming through, appears on the ceiling in one spot. Last year the roof gaps were sealed with silicone, but there must be another source of the leak. Gutters are clean. Based on the water patch on the ceiling, I suspect that the leak is near the apex of the roof, rather than a nail hole. As the obvious gaps have been sealed, this job needs an expert with experience in finding leaks to come look at the situation, so please explain how you would find this leak. Roof is easily accessible as located in the lower roof area, from ground with ladder or out a window upstairs. Timing flexible. I can be at home anytime that suits you. I can pay travel time, time on-site + materials.

Looking for someone to help with a leaking polycarbonate outdoor roof. It is a covering for side of terrace house and we want the area to stay dry. Every time it rains now it leaks. If panels require replacing will cover expense. Please quote accordingly
