I need assistance securely mounting my weather station (Ecowitt weather station) on the top of my roof. I will provide the mounting bracket and pole, you will need to provide a long extension ladder and experience working on roofs. The station needs to be mounted securely on the roof but cannot compromise the waterproofing of the building so you will need some level of building experience/knowledge. You will work with me to find the best location for the station. The house is two storeys and is approx 6-7 meters high, so your ladder will need to be that tall.

Antenna on roof needs to be pointed in right direction, and have cable connected. Would be open to any advice or suggestions as well. Would be good to have it tested and ensure it is working correctly. If signal is bad after pointed in right direction, antenna is removed and disposed of. I do not have equipment to safely reach top of roof and manoeuvre the antenna myself. There is also an old satellite dish on roof which we would like taken away however antenna is priority.

Box gutters need a clean out. Part of the house is two stories but access is easy via a window plus a ladder. It usually takes me about an hour but I’m getting a bit old to climb ladders!

Roof leak to be fixed. Context: The house will be knocked down and re-built in a few years, so I don't want to replace the whole roof even though that's probably what's required...I just want to minimise leaks for the next few years! I believe I have isolated the problem to the roof valley shown in the pictures. As you can see, there are a few places where the mortar(?) has fallen away and left a gap. One of the photos shows a build up of gunk blocking the flow. I have since cleared this. I tarped up the valley before the big storm yesterday and there has been no leak for the past 24 hours, so I assume the leak is coming from the valley.

Need someone to drill a few holes into the base of my rooftop tent, so the clamps are in the correct position to fit on my roof racks / cross bars. Super easy, I just don’t have a drill! This could take under 20mins! Also need help lifting the tent onto the top of my car. It’s 50kgs, I’ll be there to help lift too. Hoping this can be done today/tonight.

Medium tree that over hangs property needs a good trim to remove branches that overhang roof. Climbers and creepers need cutting back and clearing from the trellis . Gutters are full of debris and need clearing. - Due date: Flexible

There is a small gap between the inner corrugated iron roof and brick wall where debris comes in and water leaks in. It needs to be siliconed. The studio is approximately 22 meters long and both sides need to be done. The ceiling is high, approximately 3 meters, so you'll need a tall ladder.
