Serviceable super6 roof to be painted and primed preferably in Crommelin paints. Also silicone any major cracks found. None were found during roof inspections 6 months ago. Im happy to supply. I've been told spraying I'd easier. We currently have scaffolding up around half of the house to roof level. Two storey old Queenslander. 12.5x10.5ish roughly.

THIS TASK IS BEING RE-POSTED AS AIRTASKR DEEMED THE EARILER TASK AS NOT SATISFYING THEIR REQUIREMENTS. We had leaks during the February flood event after which we claimed the repairs on insurance. But the insurers have come back saying that they will not pay for the roof repairs and that we would need to get it done oursleves. They did send a roof assessor though, who prepared a report showing a slipped roof tile and some cracked tiles. I have attached the report here. All we need done is to reset the slipped tile(s) into place and to repair or replace the damaged tiles. THIS TASK IS BEING RE-POSTED AS AIRTASKR DEEMED THE EARILER TASK AS NOT SATISFYING THEIR REQUIREMENTS. SORRY, CANNOT ATTACH FILE AS IT IS IN PDF.
