Patch up holes in roof and paint

Remove and replace two old roof panels (dimensions approx. 38cm x 2.75m and 86cm x 3m). Looking to remove and replace two aged translucent roof panels (likely Perspex or polycarbonate) in our Albert Park home. The job includes assessing the existing panels, recommending suitable replacements, supplying and installing new weather-resistant, UV-stable panels, and ensuring proper sealing and waterproofing.

Need to bring 6m ladder. Replace cables cover (not an electrical job) 3m to 6m. Cut vine and clear gutter (we have green waste bin).

Replace existing rusted flashing. Will require someone to review site first to measure up and buy flashing

Clean all the gutters - this includes first floor and also a second storey extension at the back of the house
