I have a small amount of water discolouration on the corner of my ceiling - I think this might be caused by the gutters as they had some palm fronds sitting in them - I’ve cut the palms back but need someone to have a look at the gutter to diagnose and fix the issue - the access point for the roof is from a second level balcony, I’m not good with heights so would appreciate someone doing this job - the gutter area is quite small so not a big job - I’ve put a budget for the gutter clean but can adjust if roofing needs repairing - I’ve updated this task with photos of the section with water markings on wall as well as the access point - FYI: this is a flat plane metal roof

Roof/ ceiling leak at a commercial building. Needs to be fixed asap. Flat roof. Water sitting under the plaster board in ceiling and walls. Unsure on what will need to be done so budget just put as 500 so that there is an amount listed.

I would like the guttering removed of all leaf matter etc and something fitted in gutters (spikes?)to prevent future build up. I would also like the solar panels cleaned.

We have an old rental and we need a quick fix solution to cat-proof (ish) some louvred windows. Doesn't need to be a good looking solution, nothing fancy, just chicken wire & a wooden frame. We'll happily pay for all materials and there's plenty of roof to create them on-site. We don't need anything pretty, just functional, and something that can be removed easily when we leave. I'm happy to assist but don't have the skills to start the work from scratch. Happy for your expertise to advise on best options.

Make an offer - A broken weatherboard on otherwise intact wall needs to be replaced to stop water and animal access to the roof cavity.

A piece of flashing has come off/loose on my roof. I need it replaced. Roof is on second floor. Approximately 20mm x20mm

I require the zincalume ridge flashing to be scribed along the roof line. It is 18m in length in a straight line. I have complete perimeter scaffold / edge protection in place.
