Are there any retired roofers to assist and supervise me and carpenter replace a 32 metre long box gutter along side of house and two rain headers and down pipes, Been unable to find a roofer that can do the job. Typical 2 level terrace house on area with easy street parking

Clear gutter of organic debris and install gutter guard (already purchased). The gutter is 4.2m wide and is on the second storey of the terrace overhanging the footpath (see pics). About 8m above ground level.

I’ve got two double doors in a bedroom 2240x1410 that I need soundproofed. I still need to be able to open them and want something clear that looks good. I think the easiest option is a second set of inward opening doors but will take advice from an expert.

Hi! Was hoping someone could help with cleaning the gutters at my house in Alexandria. It’s a two story terrance so needs a longer ladder to access the roof.

We waterproofed this courtyard a week ago but it failed as the screed hadn’t dried, waterproofing was out-of-date and we didn’t get the tiles down before it rained. Bunnings refunded me for the old waterproofing, but now I’m looking for a professional. Courtyard is approx. 22m2 I’ve scrapped the old waterproofing off and we’re ready to go again. Tiler is ready to return at the end of next week. If you quote let me know if this includes materials and whether you have a qualification. Let me know if you have questions too. Job is a single storey gouse, about 3 metres high access and then a flat roof to work off. I require 4 sides of the chimney to be reflashed as its leaking underneath. You need to Have experience with flashing and tile roofs. I also need a new flashing between the wall and metal roof below. About half a day's work. I marked up the picture in red I will buy all flashing and silicone required. We will need to meet to prepare flashing drawings.
