Need one gutter cleaned across the front of the house approx 12 meters. Must have own insurance.

Hi, 1. We require a new gutter (19m length) to replace the existing one as it's too small. The new gutter is to be Stramit Triline (or similar size for maximum water-carrying capacity) in Deep Ocean Colour. Picture attached. 2. New stainless steel mesh gutter guard for the new gutter. Picture attached. 3. We will require about 50m of downpipes to connect all 3 corners of the roof to the existing stormwater system. One side of the house will require about 20m of pipe under the house to connect to the stormwater (easy access under the house) Please see the pictures. Repair water damaged portion of plasterboard ceiling. There is likely to be some work required to the joist - feels like it may be a bit loose. This is a flat roof (leak is under where the flat roof meets the pitched roof). Preferably someone with roofing experience and, ideally, able to repair gyprock. Gutter clean out required ASAP to smallish house. Simple roof. Single storey at back for easy access, double storey over garage at front. Essentially a simple square shaped dwelling with very shallow pitch. Single run of gutter all around the edge. No other gutters.

A gutter is overflowing a month after gutters were cleaned. The gutter is on the second floor at about 8m height. I'm looking for someone to investigate what the reason for the overlfowing gutter is (incl. check if there are any blockages and check if gutters are draining correctly into the downpipes) and also clean about 20m of gutter and two downpipes. Time is flexible depending on weather.
