* The skylight in the ensuite started leaking during this afternoons hail storm. It leaks every time it rains now. * There is daylight but no leaking yet in the kitchen skylight. There are solar panels on that side of the house.

I am told this is a design issue but don’t know exactly what it means, but a gutter/roof person can easily find a solution and fix it. The resulting issue is during very very heavy rain the water gets into the bedroom ceiling, not sure a roof flash or something can fix this thing. Will need some who is really experienced with gutter and roof for this work. I have taken some photos of it helps to understand the issue. I am not sure of the cost so the budget is set at $350 but happy to consider all offers. I am after a cost effective fix just to stop the likely heavy rain water issue rather than a full roof redesign. Wouldn’t mind a quick look at the rest of the roof to spot any other likely design issues.
