Hi :) We need someone to demolish an existing patio roof and remove posts and some of the patio tiles.

There's some water damage to one of the roof studs (2 meters) that resulted from a roof leak. A section of the bottom/top plate around the area needs to be repaired as it's not load bearing atm. Also, I have removed a portion of the gyprock from both sides of the wall to look at this damage that also needs to be repaired/ sanded. Additional there's one more small portion of gyprock removed from the laundry area that needs to be fixed as well. Please refer to the photo attached.

Wall adjoining the living/bedroom had water damage. Cut a portion of the gyprock on one side of the wall open to notice a rotten roof column about 2 meters. A possible cause for this could be either a small leak in the roof tile right above. Need a roofer/carpenter to 1. Ensure it's only the 2 meters roof column that needs to be replaced (as you can see in the photo) and any other damage 2. Fix the water leak in the roof tile (it's visible) 3. Fix the wall again. I'll repaint it myself. Would be great if you can pay a visit to the property and provide me with an accurate quote. Price negotiable. Install 20m2 of insulation in roof. Insulation already bought, in plastic wrap. It will need to be compressed a bit more to fit into man hole. Need to be licensed. Avoid cables, wear appropriate protection equipment etc. - Due date: Before Friday, 8 July 2022

Just got building and pest on a property we're buying and it identified sagging ceilings in a few of the rooms. It also mentioned a few cracked pointings to the ridge cappings in the ceiling so don't know if this is related. We would like to get a quote for identifying issue and fixing both issues.

Reposting as previous one expired due to me being away. I have some insulation batts in the roof that have not been layed out across some roof areas. I need an experienced person to unpack and layout all the insulation to cover the full roof space. Most of the living areas are covered however some aren't so need it done asap.

Install a fly over insulated roof kit. The kit is approximately 7m x 4.5m with roof extension brackets, one fascia bracket, insulated panels, gutters, flashings and 2 x (100mm x 100mm) merbau posts. My roof is tile and I will be replacing an existing patio roof. I will get rid of the old one. The post holes will need to be dug from where the existing posts are and concreted in.

Take my existing patio roof and convert into fly over roofing. It is approx 4.7m x 7.2m. I would prefer a single hardwood post to hold it up in the corner. I would also like LED lights and a fan installed, however I can organise an electrician. Not sure if this is possible but would like quotes/advice.

Very small hole in bedroom roof. Leaked water slowly last week, has not leaked since despite the rain. There is discolouration around the small hole. The roof is tiled. Unsure how long the hole has been there. Hard to access roof space where hole is. Looking for someone to assess the level of damage and whether it needs to be fixed.
