Remove sites section of down pipe, replace, check gutter/pipe for further rust, check water flow through pipe.

Two storey townhouse,with 2 areas that need a fix. 1. we have a roof gutter that needs to clipped back into the brackets as there is a leak or heavy drip (post rains) between fascia and gutter down into the courtyard. 2. The roof gutters are held together by masking tape. This is just a simple gutter issue - a roof plumber confirmed the roof itself is in very good condition.
