I have cleaned most of them but just need the second storey gutter cleaned (the roof is accessible from the balcony with a normal ladder, but the drop is 2storey from gutter). will be a very quick job. approximately 10m of gutter on one edge and another 8m on another edge

Remove sites section of down pipe, replace, check gutter/pipe for further rust, check water flow through pipe.

Our 8m gutter is quite old and patched up and simply needs to be removed, disposed of and replaced.

Two storey townhouse,with 2 areas that need a fix. 1. we have a roof gutter that needs to clipped back into the brackets as there is a leak or heavy drip (post rains) between fascia and gutter down into the courtyard. 2.
