I’m a project manager that has recently started doing residential building. I’ve got 3 bathrooms and a large studio to complete in the next 4 months and I’m looking for a great tiler to build a relationship for ongoing works. First job is as listed below. Looking for a quote for waterproofing and tiling to a bathroom in auchenflower that has waterproofing fail. Demo and re-sheeting to be complete in the next 2 weeks. You can supply and install waterproofing, bedding, angles and grout or I can get these if you prefer. Tiles have been paid for and already on site. Grout will be colour match white on walls and grey on floor (I think Magellan ardex or similar on floor). Tiles are all 600x300. White matt rectified wall tiles, pietra lavica glacier lapparto floor tiles. Floor waste changing from linear to square tile insert floor waste. The bathroom is 2200x2200 with tiling 2400 high on walls. There’s one window 655x1240 and door/opening 2400x810 requiring white angle. Bed is currently circa 35mm.
