It's a two-story terrace house requiring a three-story ladder for the front gutters. The roof is quite steep, so access is only possible with a harness at the back or a taller ladder at the front. There are only a few gutters, but they are positioned quite high up, as shown in the pictures. The back section can be done with a smaller ladder as a two-person job

I need guttering & downpipe installed on a balcony. I have all the bits & pieces for the job: - gutter / ends / brackets / rivets / pop / pvc pipe / angles I was planning and doing it myself, just haven’t had a chance to get around to it. I just need someone to come & do it. As from the photos it’s the top balcony, so will need to lay down some ply on the lower roof (poly) to get ladder access. There’s also rear access to the property to get in / out.

Clean gutters, yearly clean. Two storey house. Important: There is driveway access for a ladder, but as this driveway does not belong to me, permission will need to be obtained from neighbours first.

Need gutters cleaned front and back, on two levels. There is a deck at the back that allows easier access on that side to get to the top. Black spiky gutter guards are in place (see pic)

Suspected water leak at the roof level - water ingress coming down into the ceiling cavity

During the recent heavy rain, some electrical switches have become faulty due to water damage behind the wall. Need somebody to isolate where the leak is coming from and find a way to stop it from coming from behind the wall. The house is early 1900’s 2 story townhouse, but the leak is in the newer extension at the back which was part of a renovation done before we bought this place. Unsure the best way to get on the roof as we haven’t had to do that since we have lived here, but I’ve included a photo of the outside of the house and the wall going to the roof where the leak is.

The insulation above my 2nd bedroom is apparently patchy and in need of a top up (or replace, you're the expert, not me). There's maybe 2 feet of headroom, the room is around 3 x 4m. Happy to take your advice on approach. Often work from home so week days or weekends are on the table for completion.

I live in a small 2 bed terrace. I Have a small gutter at the front of the house that needs emptying. I also need a small skylight cleaned on the roof as well as some solar panels. You will need to bring a tall ladder as I don’t have one to access the front of the house which is reasonably high.

Need some maintainence done on the roof of my three storey terrace. Roof was replaced with colourbond in 2017, and solar panels were installed in 2021. Had a ceiling leak during the downpour last month. Insurance is covering all those works, but they have some maintenance that needs addressing first. From their report - I need this done : - Leaf and organic matter debris build up to the roof elevation above the attic. - Deteriorated flexible sealant to the metal roof. Don't have any pictures of the issue itself, but can send you the insurance report and pictures of the house for better idea of access ect. Look forward to hearing from you. Thanks! NB. Also including this from the inspection report via Insurance : From the roof drone assessment, it was found that a build up of leaf and organic matter debris underneath the solar panel has allowed water to hold and pool on the roof elevation above the attic. Water ingress has occurred nfrom the roof elevation above, tracking down into the roof cavity below and damaging the attic plasterboard ceiling and two downlights. It was noted that the flexible sealant to the flashing and roof sheeting junctions have deteriorated, which has contributed to the resultant damages to the attic ceiling.

Gutters are very high on a two-story building. You will to come and measure so I can order the leaf guards. So 1st step is to measure, then clean and install. Gutters need to be well-cleaned before new guards are installed. I would imagine this is a two-person job. The guards I will be using are from Leaf Stopper and will need to be screwed in and then the edging installed and screwed down. Definitely not a job for someone who has not done this before.

We have one long gutter on the second floor which needs the leaves cleaned out. It’s along the street and is up high so you would need a ladder (there’s no other way to access it.) The ladder could rest on the footpath and the building side. The gutter is only 6 metres long so once you’re up there it’d be a super fast job. You would need to bring your own ladder (we don’t have one) - Due date: Needs to be done on Friday, 29 December 2023

Roof 1) 4.8 long 2) 2.8 wide 3) ideally some air can flow in from sides (or other solution) but stop rain and leaves dropping into this space. Install ceiling insulation batts to 81m2 attic space via loft hatch with pull down ladder on a single storey terrace home - Due date: Flexible

1) Need a joint resealed as necessary at the corrugated roof sheeting directly above the lounge room, in an attempt to prevent further water entry. 2) Need 2nd fl gutter reconnected. About 50cm in length. 3) need roof fascia pieces reattached. Estimate 1/2 days work. - Due date: Flexible
