I have a section of down pipe that has rotted out. Need it replacing or at least a temporary fix before the rain hits. Down pipe is located on ground floor off my garage. I do not know how much something like this would cost. Happy to pay hourly rate plus materials.

I've started installing insulation in my shed and would like some help to finish it. It involves using insulation tape to stick on to the roof / rafters and then cutting and placing the insulation in. Ideal person would have a good ladder / platform to work from. Eg top of a ute / car. Requires a bit of dexterity / good balance to hold in place and e. Approx 4 hours work.

We have some water damage along a section of roof on our deck. It is the white underside of the awning as seen in the pictures attached. We would like it repainted in white paint.
