I need my small bathroom floor waterproofed as it has a timber slab. The area is 2m2. The floor will also need to be prepped before waterproofing

I am after home maintenance - Want a new sliding door in the room - Replace screen door - Close a hole in the ceiling - Add carpet tiles - Add Wardrobe - Add Curtains - Fix some minor items like roof leak and fixing curtain rods

To remove old rusted gutter length of approx. 5700mm - gutter profile 130mm x 130mm - the timber fascia looks all okay - fix new length of guttering to match the existing profile - connect a PVC outlet and join to the existing PVC downpipe - clean up and remove old materials from the site

Basically the house I purchased (old post war Queenslander) needs a roof restoration to the metal roof as it’s a little rusty and has a few holes. Looking for an idea of what it’ll cost to clean and repair/restore a 100-120sqm metal roof? Unsure what this normally costs as all online roofing businesses won’t quote the job due to being too busy. The property is in Banyo QLD.

A bracket holding up the gutter seems to have broken off on causing the gutter to sag and not sure why. It is above the pergola so we may need to remove some metal sheets for access, I'm not sure how else you could get to the spot. - Due date: Flexible

I need to get roof inspection and repair tile grout or resealing cracks (if needed). A flat roof (sunroom) is attached to tiled roof of two storey house and water was pooling above the flat roof. A plumber initially inspected and advised it’s due to water not draining quickly enough during heavy rains. We had an additional drain pipe installed but I’m not confident the issue is fully resolved as the ceiling plaster seems damped still. We want it inspected and if there are any cracks or joints exposed which is causing water to leak through the roof. I just need someone to inspect the roof, take pictures of any cracks or issues and give me a quote to fix/repair. Please note the picture attached is from water damage prior to drain-pipe installation. We’re replacing the ceiling plaster and do not want any more water damage to the new plaster. We can discuss the fix required to any damaged joints or cracks. This is tenanted property and real estate agent will organise the time suitable to both the tenants and tradesperson - Due date: Flexible

Need shower tiles and shower screen removed and waterproofing redone with proper sealant to completely stop the water going through the tiles. Previous waterproofing has failed and water is going through to bedroom ceiling downstairs. Same shower screen will need to come off and re-installed . This needs to be done asap. Within next week. I am very capable of helping with the installation, but I can't get the pipes to my place, so need someone who can transport these.
