Small roof leak near skylight to repair

The ridge capping which was pointed using flexible mortar has no weeper holes in the mortar. Weeper holes are needed in Monier tiles as their ridge capping had a tendency to absorb water. Monier tiles was a local company which is no longer in existence. Where the ridge meets the tiles there should be a small drain hole called a weeper hole. When this hole is not present water can build up behind the ridge and slight ingress is experienced. The ridge will have to be removed and weeper holes inserted to allow draining to occur. An alternate solution would be to drill holes in the mortar and these could act as weeper holes and this would allow water to drain. Also there is a small drip still entering the roof, if the weep holes doesn’t fix this, this would be need to identified and fixed please.

Looking for an experienced painter to paint the front of house. This includes preparing the surface, fixing minor cracks (as seen in pictures) and painting the wall, ceiling, pipes, pillar, front door & spray paint the gutters in front and behind house. Front door (back and front of door) will need to be sanded prior to painting. Paint wil be provided and you will need to bring your own tools. See pix of the front of house. Hi there, I'm looking to get a price to have my roof trim of my Triton removed and having sound deadening material fitted, I will be providing the material - just looking for a price to have someone do it that won't damage the car like I probably would!

I have a shed that is 6x3. It has exposed battens and rafters, and is uninsulated. I would like to install Anticon and polystyrene panels to the underside of the roof. The job would involve cutting the insulating to suit the rafters, installing equal angle along the rafters to support the insulation, and then using an adhesive to secure the insulation to the equal angle. Hi guys, I'm looking to get my solar hot water unit on my roof serviced and one of the seals replaced that is leaking.
