Put new downpipe in gutter and connect to stormwater pipe which is almost next to where downpipe will come .Include cost of downpipe and other material

Looking for someone to clean all my gutters. I believe there was a birds nest in my eaves. I have tried to remove it but I believe there is still some there and possibly even dead bird. I would like this removed and the hole covered with vent. Will need ladder as house is two storeys

Roof Restoration and gutter cleaning

Clean box gutters. Roof is flat, double story, but need a really long ladder as there's no easy access to it. If you can install, supply box gutter mesh that would be great as well. To repair solar pool heating

I have gutter along length of 2nd story of house that has obvious leaf litter build up causing backlog/blockage; in addition the main downpipe connection may be blocked as have water flowing down outside of downpipe when it rains. Also check rest of gutters.

I need gutters cleaned for my townhouse. No gaurd. In Baulkham Hills and needs to be done tomorrow.

I have several leaks in the pool solar heating, some need new grommets and some need new connectors. Pool solar is old style rubber matting, photos attached. Pool solar is located on single storey roof.

There are 2 downpours that need to be fixed. 1. The downpipe is too short and doesn’t completely connect with the cuff from the gutter. Water sprays out when there is heavy rain. See highlighted area in the photo. 2. Would like to connect this downpipe to the existing storm water pipe via a t-junction. They are about 30-50cm apart and the existing storm water pipe is under the house but it is easy to reach. The opening is around 1m tall. The timber lettuce can just be thrown away. I don’t want it anymore.

Fix gutter . About 10 m of the gutter was removed while fixing fascia. This gutter would join with the old gutter which looks like it’s of type quad .Need to fix it back . And also put a down pipe that would join an existing down pipe before hitting the drain

1st floor small bathroom with only WC needs waterproofing (shown in photo2)as ground floor is getting dripping water incase toilet has water on floor. The task requires waterproofing and gyprock fixing in ground floor ceiling(shown in photo1). No need to remove tiles. Materials also to be provided by builder.

Clean Gutters and Down Pipes

We are looking for someone to replace the grouting and ensure waterproofing in our shower. We have noticed there is some black mould in the grouting and would like it removed completely. Also near the door frame this moisture is causing mould and we would like that cleaned and the gap closed up to ensure no further water damage.

This leak seems to be related to the gutter nearby. Either water is not draining or it is blocked. Possibly needs new flashing aswell. Video attached. We had a roofer charge us to fix and seems to have completely missed the problem. Would like to FaceTime with you when you’re up on the roof. Before and after pics requested aswell.
