There are too many insulation batts in my roof and many have been thrown around. Some are yellow and some are pink - it looks like one lot might be older or a different grade. I have stacked some in the lounge to allow the electrician access through the manhole. I'd like to have the old batts removed/disposed of and the newer ones placed in properly. It's a relatively small place (approx 10m squared) - a 2 bedroom unit. My price is indicative only. I would like to top up the insulation in my home. It is a 3 bedroom house, with access to the roof through a manhole. We have insulation already bought, just need the professional labour to get the job done.

The corner tiles have slipped a little causing a crack and a small hole. Not extensive damage, just minor. Tiles are all in good condition and not cracked. Just need to slide them up a few centimeters and seal them in place. Can supply materials like concrete or mortar to fix. Can be fixed from 30th Dec 2021 onwards.
