I need the solar panels on our roof cleaned at 16 Wyatt Ave Belrose. Attached is a photo showing the panels outlined in red, along with a photo showing how you best get on the roof (single story), and another photo showing how high the roof is on the side that the panels are on. You will need to do it safely with a safety harness

A new solid outdoor door with a key lock to be installed in the garage. The height of the door entrance is 2.04cm The width is 84cm plus 3 millimetres There used to be a door that would open outwards, but it looks like it was removed when they installed the air conditioners, which would be in the way; therefore, the door will need to open inwards into the garage. Also, presumably, the inside of the frame will need to be modified to account for the door. The door frame or door jam will need to be modified. About 10cm between the concrete floor and door frame needs to be filled on both sides. In addition, the bottom 20 centimetres or so of the door will need a steel overlay. The pavement slopes down, and it's likely to get wet when it rains, so it'll need to be modified to ensure the wood doesn't warp. See the attached pictures; ideally, I'm looking for somebody local. Price to include exterior solid door and materials. The door does not need to be too fancy but decent quality.

Roof report and quotation required. The Barge Boards around the house and corners of fascia boards underneath the guttering in my house are rotten and need replacement including resealing in line with the roof and painting. Guttering for house also requires replacement. You will need to inspect the site, and provide a quotation. Qualified plumber needed. Outdoor Deck Area has a new roof. The guttering runs down to just above the ground and has not been connected to the stormwater. The pipe on the left needs to be cut and an elbow joint piece run to the existing down pipe on the right and sealed. Happy for you inspect first to know what parts you need for the job. Thank you

Looking for the follpwing jobs Job 1: Some minor repairs on a gutter please at front of house. See photos below. Firstly we have a hole in the top left of our gutter that needs to be filled and painted. Job 2: Secondly we have part of our lower downpipe that has been smashed and needs replacing. See photo. Job 3:. Finally I need the Architrave (wooden) of 5 x windows Architrave only painted (1 coat only of vivid white). Plus the white fascias (see photo - again one coat only). Please note all of this will be pre washed professionally so little prep needed. If you can only do part of the job please specify what part and what your quote is. Need this done before or by Saturday, ideally Wednesday this week, Friday or Saturday. We are on the Northern Beaches, we will supply the paint.

Pls note the area I am looking at is the first storey only circled in red (the top was done previously when we renovated). I have a first storey house roof need painting. It needs to be cleaned with a pressure washer, undercoat and 2 coats of Monument paint applied. Our house roof covers probably somewhere between 150-180 sqm of tiles (roof is about 20m in width and it is a classic 1970s redbrick). Tiles are concrete.
