Hi guys, I need a Roofer, Carpenter or skilled handyman to install a polycarbonate roof and gutter on a pergola in Bexley. I have all the materials, just waiting on the gutter. Just labour price. Rough measurements are 10m across 4m deep and the shallow part is 1.2m deep. It is 2nd storey and half sits above a pool so have to be comfortable with heights. I have mobile scaffold if required and can assist in the installation so please quote for labour only to remove existing and install new. Client is on holidays till the end of the month so prefer it to be completed by then. Please ask me what you need to know.

I have a small leak in the ceiling right below where an old chimney was. This is a federation home and the chimney still exists on the roof and I believe the chimney was never capped off properly on the roof or the flashing is failing. It only leaks in extreme rain.
