We have a stairwell that is ~2.5m underground that has water very slowly sealing through in the lower extremities. The outside was positively waterproofed with a giant ag drain recently, but it was done remedially in difficult circumstances so isn’t 100% effective. I want the interior brickwork negatively waterproofed to reduce humidity in the garage / stairwell, meeting the following criteria; 1. Should still allow some permeability for air. 2. I’d like it to have ‘bagged’ look (but it can be painted white, although it doesn’t have to be if the natural finish looks ok) 3. Needs to not affect the long term structural integrity of the wall / brickwork Any questions let me know. It’s a weird one so I think it would definitely benefit from having a look at it in person.
